The lawsuit is being filed as a response to Netflix allegedly poaching Activision Blizzard's Chief Financial Officer Spencer Neumann. Call of Duty esports star Seth "Scump" Abner tweeted regarding a fine he had received recently during a sponsored stream of Raid: Shadow Legends. According to Scump, he was fined for the sponsored stream on his channel by Activision Blizzard, who runs the Call of Duty League Scump competes in, and that this fine also came during the league's off-season.
