Riot Games is reworking the Ranked Mode for VALORANT later this week, but Senior Producer Ian "Brighteyez" Fielding revealed what players could expect upon queueing up in a blog post on the official VALORANT website.

The tweet itself, while meant in good fun and consistent of nothing but harmless banter, highlighted how rivalries between esports organizations could benefit the developing esports infrastructure of VALORANT, which was officially released on June 2, 2020.

The 100 Thieves Valorant team will be captained by Hiko, a former professional CS:GO player who has been a professional esports athlete for over 10 years. Launching on PC only, VALORANT will be live in North, South, and Latin America at 8 am EST. In the Asian-Pacific region, including South Korea and Japan, at 8 am local time. Following comes the European region and the Middle East, launching at 6 am local time.
