This morning, Epic Games laid out specifics for their $100 million Fortnite esports circuit during the 2019 calendar year. The road to the Fortnite World Cup live finals, held in New York City with a $30 million prize pool associated with it, will begin on April 13 with 10 weekly online qualifiers, each awarding $1 million in prizes. However, it feels like we got an easy win since we were ahead of HLE from early games in both game 1 and 2. Did you expect it to go this easy? No, I thought both teams will be somewhat similar. In game 2, DWG had overall dominance throughout the game, which HLE found it difficult to turn the tide. In the end, DAMWON Gaming destroyed enemy Nexus, winning 2-0.
