Heroes' pros, casters demand information from Blizzard via Twitter
As Christmas approaches, those who work in and follow the competitive Heroes of the Storm professional circuit called the Heroes Global Championship (HGC) are hoping Santa comes early with some much-needed information. With the 2019 professional circuit yet to be announced, amid reports that Blizzard is experiencing budget cuts, imaginations are running wild that the game many call home will be without a competitive scene come the new year. Blizzard has yet to issue a public statement regarding the future of the HGC as well as notify players behind closed doors as to whether they will have a job in the upcoming months, according to sources. Prior to this past week, the majority of the players and talent have sat back and remained patient for an update. Over the weekend, something changed.

MVP Announces Their League of Legends Team Roster for 2019 Season - Carrot & Garden Join
MVP announced their League of Legends team roster for 2019 season on December 7th via their official social media. While ‘Pilot' Na, Jong-Bin ‘Max' Jeong, and Jun-Hyeong ‘Ian' An left the team, Kyu-Seok ‘Yondu' Kim and Se-Hee ‘Motive' Cho stayed and Hyung-Sik ‘MaHa' Oh became the team's coach. MVP has signed Ho-Seong ‘Edge' Lee, a former player for KongDoo Monster, as their mid laner. The team newly signed Byeong-Jun ‘Carrot' Kim and Jeong-Won ‘Garden' Seo as their top and AD Carry. MVP, with their announcement, commented, "Please give a lot of claps to the players who will play in Challengers Korea. We'll see you in LCK once again soon."

[All-Star 2018] The Results for the 2nd Round of 1vs1 Tournament: Faker Wins Against Jiizuké
The Nexus Blitz was followed by the 2nd round for 1vs1 Tournament in All-Star 2018 Las Vegas. The round began with the match between KR Faker and EU Jiizuké; Faker picked Urgot while Jiizuké picked Jayce. Jiizuké's Jayce closed on Urgot, using Exhaust first. However, Faker's Urgot fought back, using both Exhaust and Ignite. Jiizuké's Barrier could not save him from the damage and was killed eventually.
