Shy will be joining the army on the 13th.

Park “Shy” Sang-myeon will join the army on the 13th of May (KST). Shy had retired from professional League of Legends in December 2017. During his 6-year career, he has an LCK championship and a runner-up at Worlds. Mostly having played in CJ Entus Frost, Shy played alongside many legends like Madlife, Ambition, etc.

After his retirement, Shy had been active as a streamer, entertaining fans. As his time was due for military service, he said goodbye in his stream. “I’ve been active as a pro player and streamer for a while now. Now it’s time for me to serve the country. I’ll be back in good shape,” said Shy.
