Irvine, California – March 27, 2019 – Joycity announced new content for their mobile game, Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War, a real-time strategy game packed with epic quests featuring Pirates of the Caribbean movie plots and characters. This spring update introduces a new tier 5 tactician by the name of Juliana Perez who can be obtained by clearing the Edge of the Abyss, the most difficult challenge at the Cave of the Abyss. This is unlocked by completing Stage 30 on Hard Mode.

Also added are new raid monsters and alliance researches. Upon reaching Pirate Hall Lv. 28, an option to craft scrolls to summon advanced raid monsters will unlock. Other updates include S-level merchant ships and notorious pirates, tier 9 master equipment, and max level expansions for unique and common ships. The developer has been listening to the feedback of players and have made sure to include quality-of-life improvements to the chat system and event announcements too. Not only that, the Lair now not only serves as a place of refuge for pirates escaping enemy attacks, but also an area to store extra crew members that can’t find a seat at the Tavern.

For those that have taken a break from the game for over a month, this is a great time to log back in to start a fresh Caribbean adventure. You will be greeted by a brand-new support system for returning players that create a new captain on an existing account. The various events and rewards will let you set sail once more with some treasured earnings already at hand.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War is a mobile strategy simulation game based on the popular “Pirates of the Caribbean” franchise from Disney. The game has been enjoyed by fans all over the world since its release in 2017.
