Gen.G confirmed CuVee, Fly, Ruler, and Life on their 2019 roster.

On the 23rd of November (KST), Gen.G confirmed on their official Twitter that they have renewed contracts with Lee “CuVee” Seong-jin, Song “Fly” Yong-jun, Park “Ruler” Jae-hyuk, and Kim “Life” Jeong-min for the 2019 season.

CuVee and Ruler have won the 2017 World Championship with the team as Samsung Galaxy. They carried out a major role within the team. Fly joined the team at the start of the summer and helped the team get to Worlds. Life is a support player that has joined the team as a practice member in March. 

Over the past week, Jo “CoreJJ” Yong-in left the team to join Team Liquid, Kang “Haru” Min-seung left to join SK Telecom T1. Last week, Kang “Ambition” Chan-yong and Lee “Crown” Min-ho have been released as free agents.

Along with announcing that they have renewed contracts with these four players, they mentioned that they will be signing ‘new faces’ to the team soon. With rumors spreading already about who will join the team, many fans are eager for their following announcements.
