Netmarble announced on November 6 that its North American subsidiary Kabam has unveiled 'WB All-Star Mayhem,' an idle collectible RPG currently under development. The game features characters from nine animated IPs, with plans to introduce over 100 characters at official launch.

Players can build teams by combining heroes and villains from different franchises. Characters such as Batman, Superman, Teen Titans, Bugs Bunny, Scooby-Doo, Finn, and Jake will appear, taking part in adventures and battles across multiple universes. Characters are rendered in 2D animation that captures the charm of their original series, each equipped with unique in-game abilities.
At the center of the story is Brain from the animated series Pinky and the Brain. Having obtained the 'Universal Remote'—a device that controls various worlds inside the TV—Brain collaborates with villains across dimensions in a quest for universal domination. From Metropolis to the futuristic world of Samurai Jack, Brain attempts to rewrite stories by granting new powers to villains, and players must assemble their teams to stop him.
The game is being developed under license from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. Featured properties include Justice League Unlimited, Adventure Time, Looney Tunes, Teen Titans Go!, Animaniacs, Scooby-Doo, Steven Universe, Samurai Jack, and The Powerpuff Girls.
Kabam plans to continuously add characters and universes after launch. Service regions and launch schedules will be announced sequentially, and further game details will be available on the official teaser site.
Sebastien Goode, Executive Producer at Kabam, stated, "We focused on faithfully preserving the charm of these beloved animated works while seamlessly bringing a wide range of characters and universes into a single game. While maintaining the signature humor and personality of each character, we enhanced their combat abilities to create a game that players can enjoy casually anywhere, anytime."
