On August 16th, Pearl Abyss opened a new teaser website and released a trailer for the mobile adaptation of Black Desert Online.

Black Desert Online Mobile is a mobile MMORPG game based on the PC MMORPG game of the same title. Black Desert Online is currently available to play in many countries around the globe and has gained huge popularity for its exciting action, ultra-quality graphics, and other fun in-game content. The mobile version of the game has been one of the most highly-anticipated mobile games of 2017.

The teaser website revealed the actual gameplay for BDO Mobile. All gameplay footage in the trailer is from the actual gameplay, ready to be released.

The trailer shows the combat for the Warrior, Ranger, Witch, and Berserker, and also introduces new content that involves personal territory. Siege Wars, World Boss Raids, and Life Skills are also available in BDO Mobile, just as in BDO PC, suggesting that the mobile version will be as full of fun as the PC version.

The head of the strategic planning department at Pearl Abyss added that "Pearl Abyss has been trying to launch BDO in different platforms, not only in PC." He expressed a strong determination towards BDO Mobile by saying that "The worldwide success of BDO proves the quality of our company's resources and the BDO IP. We will try our best to show you a true mobile MMORPG and will always communicate with the players."
