LINE Games Corporation has added new character 'Kai' to The Genesis War: Mobile and is distributing the base character to all logged-in players. An event offering up to 300 summon tickets for returning players and up to 200 'Outer One Character Summon Tickets' for new players is also underway.
Developed by Meerkat Games, 'Kai' is an alternate variant of 'Cals Brandt' and an 'Alternative' character who walked a fate different from the original game. Set as one of the 'Number Siege' of the Ark, he is the first two-in-one duo character in The Genesis War: Mobile, summoning 'Little Helkite' in battle. He uses the ultimate skill 'Cheonji Yuseong Nakyeolmu', and equipping his exclusive weapon 'Gigadeath' unleashes the weapon's potential.
Along with the update, the 'Cosmos Saga Side Story' featuring 'Kai' as the protagonist was also released. It tells the story of 'Cals Brandt' who survived after fighting the final battle against 'Beradin' in another world.
Knightage content has been revamped around the 'Knightage Pass,' where players earn pass EXP through Knightage and individual activities to claim rewards, and the Knightage Special Currency Shop. The 'Knightage Daily Check-in System' has also been newly added, which sums up the check-ins of all Knightage members to deliver tiered rewards upon reaching specific thresholds.
The player events will run until maintenance on November 3. By completing check-in missions in the 'Alternative Check-in Challenge,' players can obtain items such as 'Flipside Cube', 'Parallel Cube', 'Dimension Key', 'Raznite', and 'Superior Phantom Thoughtbody'.
Returning players can complete the '7-Day Returning Mission' to receive up to 300 summon tickets, including 'Bond Cube' and 'Cube of All Creation', as well as in-game currencies 'Bit' and 'Eld'. New players will receive up to 200 'Outer One Character Summon Tickets' through the 'Outer One Support Event' missions.
In addition, the 'Innocence Skin' for 'Cyrano Bernstein' has been added to the Coin Exchange Shop. Completing 'Growth Missions' after obtaining 'Kai' allows players to acquire 'SD Kai', 'Rank-up and Class Change Materials', 'Raznite', and more.
