SOL: enchant adjusted the difficulty and rewards of certain hunting grounds in the Calteon region through the Wednesday, September 30 update. In higher-tier hunting grounds, fragments used to craft Heroic and Legendary Equipment Selection Chests were added, alongside Normal and Magic equipment drops and new equipment collections utilizing them.
Nine gain amounts by hunting ground were also adjusted, and the Unstable Nine Core event—which yields 1,000,000 Nine when used in specified hunting grounds—has begun. Through a developer note, the distribution of Infinite Health Potions and quality-of-life improvements scheduled for October 7 were also revealed. Here is a look at the major changes in this patch.
Calteon Hunting Ground Overhaul! Difficulty, Nine, and Item Adjustments
The difficulty of certain hunting grounds in the Calteon region, from No. 44 Hyde Marsh to No. 52 Razka Sorcery Land, has been reduced. Hyde Marsh and Nine Mine received reductions in monster damage as well as physical and magic defense, while Orc Fortress and Orc Base had their physical and magic defense reduced.
Hunting ground drop lists have also changed. Players can obtain Heroic Equipment Selection Chest Fragments (Bound) in areas from No. 44 Hyde Marsh and above, and Legendary Equipment Selection Chest Fragments (Bound) in areas from No. 53 Fallen Sanctuary and above. Collecting 10 fragments allows players to craft 1 Equipment Selection Chest of the corresponding tier. However, selection chest fragments do not drop in certain zones, such as No. 46 Altar of Shadows and No. 57 Dragon Valley, where Heroic and Legendary equipment drops directly.
Magic-grade equipment has also been added to the drop lists in hunting grounds after No. 44 Hyde Marsh. As numerous new collections utilizing Normal and Magic-grade equipment have been added, players should check whether items can be registered to collections before dismantling them.
Nine gain amounts were adjusted as well. From No. 44 Hyde Marsh to No. 61 Sanctuary of Darkness, Nine drops now scale higher as players move to higher-tier hunting grounds. Conversely, Nine gain amounts were slightly reduced from No. 2 Aire Marsh to No. 42 Artaron Temple, as well as in Celestial Sanctuary and Hellfire Sanctuary.

Get 1,000,000 Nine with Unstable Nine Cores! Designated Hunting Zone Event Underway
The Unstable Nine Core event kicked off alongside the September 30 update. Unstable Nine Cores can be obtained in Hunting Zones No. 48, 49, and 55, with event-applicable areas marked by a dedicated icon on the world map. Using an Unstable Nine Core grants 1,000,000 Nine. Because the item expires 8 hours after acquisition, players are advised to use it within the time limit rather than storing it.
The duration of the existing Chuseok event has also been extended. The Moonlight Journey Pilgrimage and Moonviewing Field events will run until regular maintenance on Wednesday, October 7, while the Heroic Equipment Selection Chest crafting event will run until regular maintenance on Wednesday, October 28.

Special Rare Rune Package Reruns! Infinite Potions Resold
New shop items arrived with the update. The Rare Rune Package, bundled with Special Summon Tickets, and Infinite Potions have returned for sale. The Rare Rune Package provides 4 Rare Rune Fragments, which can be used to craft a Rare Rune Chest. This chest contains Accuracy, Weight, and HP Runes, but does not include Damage Runes.
Rare Rune Fragments and Infinite Potions can be transferred to other characters via Storage. However, the Rune Chest included in the package and Rare Rune Chests crafted with Rare Rune Fragments cannot be transferred through Storage, so exercise caution when opening or crafting them to ensure they are used on the intended character.

One Free Infinite Potion Distributed! Oct. 7 QoL Improvements Previewed
Additional rewards and future development plans were also revealed in the September 30 developer note. As the duration for the existing timed 'Infinite Health Potion' expires with this update, the dev team announced they will distribute another Infinite Potion. One Infinite Health Potion will be provided via in-game mail.
Quality-of-life improvements scheduled for implementation on Wednesday, October 7 were also shared via the developer note. The spawn areas after monsters die will be adjusted to mitigate corner clustering, and players will be able to register Divine Right to quickslots for use. Additionally, hostility alerts will be muted in safe zones, and features allowing players to share their location in chat via the world map and move to hunting grounds after recovering HP using schedule options will be added.
