Targeting the holiday season, 'Zeus: God of Arrogance' has expanded its content on a large scale by adding an account-shared progression system and a new dungeon. This update is meaningful in that it lowers the burden of character progression with a new system and establishes a preparation environment for players ahead of upcoming large-scale guild content. Players can strengthen their forces based on the newly introduced progression system to prepare for upcoming large-scale competitive content.
On the 23rd, Com2uS (CEO Nam Jae-kwan) launched a major Chuseok update for the MMORPG 'Zeus: God of Arrogance', developed by AButton (CEO Kim Dae-hwon), and initiated commemorative events.
Through this update, 'Astrology', where all characters on the server share progression effects, and a new dungeon, 'Elysium', have been added. 'Astrology' is an account-level progression pillar where players activate stars with dedicated items and adjust their arrangement to secure stats. Additional stats are granted depending on the number of activated stars, and the acquired progression effects apply to all characters within the same server.
The lower section of the new dungeon 'Elysium' was introduced first. In this dungeon, players can hunt monsters to earn 'Arcadia Coins' used to exchange for progression items, thereby obtaining 'Star Shards', a material for 'Astrology'. This serves as a stepping stone to prepare for the guild conquest battle 'Arcadia Festival' scheduled for the 30th. 'Arcadia Festival' is a PvP mode where three guilds compete for territory against rival guild members' 'Personas'.
To celebrate Chuseok, five events granting up to 165 summon tickets are also taking place. A check-in event providing costume and mount summon items, 'Flow of Fate', and 'Enhancement Scroll Box' to daily log-in users will run until October 14. During the same period, players who defeat monsters in the 'Thessaly', 'Zahab', and 'Tartarus' dungeons to collect 'Sweet and Savory Songpyeon' can exchange them for items such as 'Hero Costume/Mount Challenge Summon Selection Box', 'Consecration Shard', and 'Enhancement Scroll Box'.
Until October 7, the 'Artemis' Moonlight Decree' event will operate, allowing players to obtain advanced skill secrets and 'Soul Shards' by completing daily oracles, dungeon hunts, and guild check-in missions.
Until October 7, a Hot Time event will also take place in the 'Thessaly' and 'Zahab' hunting grounds, boosting currency, item, and EXP gain by 30%. The number of daily oracle completions will also be expanded by 2, up to a maximum of 10 times per day.
