It has been confirmed that the reappointment of Joe Marsh, CEO of SK Telecom CS T1, has been finalized.
According to reports on the 29th, SK Telecom CS T1 (T1) held a board meeting on March 16 and passed the motion to reappoint CEO Joe Marsh as originally proposed. The board subsequently finalized the resolution to appoint him during a meeting held on April 3.
With this decision, CEO Joe Marsh’s term has been extended until March 30, 2029.
CEO Joe Marsh is a professional executive who previously served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Comcast Spectacor. He took office as CEO and executive director of T1 on October 8, 2019.
