Although the team extended its losing streak to 10 matches and 20 consecutive sets, their performance against the league leaders was noticeably sharper and distinct from their previous outings.

Head Coach Joo Young-dal appeared in the press room after the match with a noticeably brighter expression than in previous weeks. He began the press conference by praising his players, saying, "The players performed really well today, so it's personally very disappointing that we lost."

He continued, "In the first set, the death in the top lane was an accident, even though the call had been made. However, given how well 'DuDu' has played so far, I don't consider it a major issue. We got through the early game of the second set without any major mishaps. Since we haven't had many games like that during our losing streak, I think we did well," he said, summarizing the match.

Despite the improved performance compared to last week, the team remains mired in a deep losing streak. When asked what he thinks is needed to secure a win, Coach Joo began by saying, "What we need for a win is a win," and added, "If we provide good feedback and address the areas where we were rushed or had other shortcomings today, I believe we will continue to improve."

He also noted that the addition of 'Life' Kim Jeong-min has positively impacted the team's performance. "With 'Life' joining, the game as a whole feels less rushed," Joo explained. "Having another player who can see the big picture reduces the burden on 'Pyosik.' As the game flows more naturally, I believe our performance is trending upward."

He also emphasized that the victory at 'Road to EWC' on the 4th—though not a league match—had a positive effect on the team. "After beating Kiwoom in the Road to EWC, it was the first time we all laughed together and built a good atmosphere. Winning seems to have given the players the belief that they can win if they play this way," he said.

Finally, Coach Joo concluded the interview by stating, "It was a disappointing loss. We will prepare well for our next match against T1 and make sure we secure a victory."
