The second day of the 2016 Hearthstone World Championship was a shock to many as both stars fell to the Elimination bracket at the hands of Jasonzhou and HotMEOWTH respectively.

In Group B, che0nsu defeated Hamster, the only player who brought Priest to Blizzcon, 4-2. By doing so, che0nsu became the only player among the 3 Korean representatives to advance to the Winners bracket. In Group C, infamous youngster Amnesiac beat Yulsic 4-2.

All groups will play their Elimination matches the day after tomorrow; the losers bracket looks to be stacked beyond belief, with the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd players in the GosuGamers poll and the 1st, 3rd, and 5th players in the HearthPwn poll participating.
