SKT Peanut has been preparing against focus bans from last year.

On May 14th (PDT) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; SK Telecom T1 defeated G2 Esports in the first match during the last day of Mid-Season Invitational 2017 Group Stage. Wangho "Peanut" Han was briefly interviewed on stage with by Riot Games Brazil where he revealed how he was prepared against focus bans.

"I've been a target of focus bans since last year, so I've been asked to practice with a wider range of champions. It has been the same for this year. KkOma said, 'You'll be focus banned at some point. Expand your champion pool.' So, I've been expanding my champion pool, and Olaf was one of them."

The interview ended with a pleasant surprise for local fans as Peanut thanked the Brazilan fans with "Obrigado, Obrigado."
