On Wednesday, Mar. 10, former Overwatch and current VALORANT pro player Jay "sinatraa" Won made headlines as his ex-girlfriend, Cleo "cle0h" Hernandez published a nine-page document outlining allegations of sexual assault during their relationship. Hernandez alleged that, among other things, sinatraa has been abusive and emotionally manipulative, and accused him of forcing himself onto her during sex despite Hernandez being in pain.

The response to the allegations has been quick. Sinatraa's VALORANT team, Sentinels, as well as Riot Games both suspended the player to conduct an investigation. Sinatraa's former Overwatch League team, the San Francisco Shock, on the other hand, distanced themselves from the player on Twitter, while another OWL franchise, the Washington Justice, spoke in support of Hernandez. Sinatraa himself denied allegations, saying that while he "regret how things ended", he "never assaulted her in any way".

"I am fully cooperating with the investigations and providing the full audio and video clips Cleo referenced in her post," the player added.

With the story still developing, many streamers and Overwatch players have given their take on it, among which popular personality Felix "xQc" Lengyel. In a stream from Mar. 10, xQc pointed out that something as serious as sexual assault allegations shouldn't be labeled merely as "drama".

"If something happens when there's accusations of possible sexual misconduct — that's not 'drama'. That's like a level further. That's like legal shit. It's the law and it's a level away further. It's insensitive to say, 'Ah, it's just drama'. It's not drama. It's actually a disastrous take to call it 'just drama'."

xQc, however, refused to side with either sinatraa or Hernandez before more details on the story surface.

"I've told you in the past: Whether it's someone I respect or not respect, I usually like the dust to settle before I have a take on anything that happens. Just because, the off chance, 0.0001% chance that I would be wrong about any of it, I'd feel really guilty about it. I would look like an idiot.

The story is still developing with Riot and Sentinels investigating the allegations.
