The 2nd day of the quarterfinals of Overwatch APEX Season 2 ended with KongDoo Uncia’s 3-2 victory over EnVyUs. DNCE and Butcher led their team to victory by dealing massive damage and getting lots of kills.

The match kicked off with KD Uncia’s aggressive attacks. Zarya (played by Butcher) dealt massive damage to the enemies while Tracer (played by DNCE) eliminated the enemies one by one. Birdring’s Genji was also impressive with his Dragonblade, and the game went smooth for KD Uncia.

However, unfortunately for KD Uncia, Set 2 did not. EnVyUs was much more aggressive than they were in Set 1 with Taimou’s Widowmaker and McCree getting multiple kills. KD Uncia and DNCE’s D.Va struggled to win, but it was not enough to stop Zarya (played by HarryHook) and Torbjörn (played by Mickie). Mickie eliminated D.Va, and Taimou eliminated the rest of the enemies one by one with Roadhog, successfully defending Control Point A.

Set 3 saw a dramatic victory for KD Uncia. Nano boosted D.Va (played by Butcheer) was unstoppable in Temple of Anubis. KD Uncia quickly captured both Control Points, but had a hard time when they were on defense. When KD Uncia was on defense, they had a hard time against Taimou’s Widowmaker, which gave HarryHook enough time to capture Control Point B. KD Uncia decided to take a little detour in the next round, and successfully captured Control Point A. Birdring’s Genji cleared the way for his teammates to capture Control Point B with his Dragonblade, and KD Uncia won the set after a close match.

Set 4 saw another victory for EnVyUs. Taimou showed the most aggressive McCree with his perfect aims. Butcher’s Zarya defended the control points by eliminating the enemies, including Reinhardt, in Round 1. In Round 2, Nano boosted Genji and Reinhardt exchanged a lot of damage. Mickie’s D.Va also dealt massive damage with Self-Destruct, and Tracer (played by Taimou) showed up at the right moment to eliminate all the enemies, making the score 2-2.

The 5th and the last set began with KD Uncia’s attack. When both team has used up their Graviton Surge, KD Uncia gained 3 points with Nano boosted Genji (played by Birdring) and D.Va. EnVyUs decided to play more aggressive with Taimou’s Hanzo, but KD Uncia managed to survive from Hanzo’s ult. Butcher protected his teammates as the team’s primary tank and DNCE cleared the way for the team to finally win the match.
