The Galaxies Pass and Pass+, themed Booms!, and new player tutorials are at-hand when you download it as well. However, the Store and Loot system will be added at a later date.
As for the minimum specs required to downloaded TFT on mobile: for iOS, iPhone 6 and for Android, OS 7 or higher.
“Since launching TFT on PC just last year, we've been overwhelmed by the incredible response from players,” said Dax Andrus, TFT Product Lead. “Players have been asking us for more ways to play TFT, and we’re excited to share a mobile version that feels authentic to the PC experience while also keeping in mind the nuances and optimization features that mobile players love."

I think the founder of TFT, the mobile universal, is very reasonable right now, because the situation of ncovid epidemic is straining the net shops to close, making the number of lol players on pc reduced. if updating lol speed war and lol tft on mobile would be very appropriate.
