Despite being out of commission for MSI, a lot of the bugs that previously plagued the Ruined King have been ironed out, and subsequently, Viego has slowly started to step into the competitive meta.
UPDATE 4/24: It was assumed that Gwen, the newest champion to join the League of Legends roster, would be disabled at the 2021 Mid-Season Invitational due to how recently she was released, but another has joined the Hallowed Seamstress on the disabled list for the tournament. Viego has been disabled for the entirety of the 2021 LEC season, and now, the Ruined King will also be out of commission for MSI 2021.
