Before the LCS Lock-In, we spoke with Jatt about his first off-season as a coach and how he prepared the team with a new roster, coaching staff, and mentality to help them level up in 2021. Read his thoughts here:
Roughly a week before the LCS 2021 Lock-In, Counter Logic Gaming had multiple members on its professional League team catch COVID. CLG is also experiencing visa slowdowns. They've signed two temporary subs, here is their new roster:
Team Liquid had an interesting 2020, ending in yet another 3-3 run at Worlds. The team kept most of their roster, but they're making two key changes this off-season. Here is the official confirmed 2021 Liquid roster:
UPDATE 11/30: TSM has confirmed its signing of Huni, which was reported to be complete by Esportmaniacos' Pablo "Bloop" Suárez shortly before the confirmation. TSM is reportedly promoting Academy Lost, which would complete the roster.
TSM and Biofrost announced he would be taking a break from professional League to stream. Biofrost entered the LCS on TSM in 2016, playing with the org for two and a half years throughout his career, winning four titles with the team and attending Worlds three times. read more on his break here:
Despite claiming they'd keep their roster together, Cloud9 has made a couple of changes, including promoting Fudge and Reignover. They've also been rumored to sign Perkz. Here is the current roster rumored for Cloud9:
UPDATE 12/2: FlyQuest has announced the signing of top laner Colin "Kumo" Zhao. Kumo, who split time in 2020 between Evil Geniuses and EG Academy, will be the starting top laner for FLY Academy heading into 2021.
CLG has had a rough few years since their 2016 MSI Finals appearance. They performed well in NA in 2017, but barring a 2019 Summer Split third-place finish, they've been seventh or lower for the other five splits. In 2020, CLG finished 10th in spring and ninth in summer. With that in mind, the org is in need of some rejuvenation to find their return to glory. They've officially signed three new pl

In yet another off-season change from Team Liquid, Academy Jungler, Shernfire, was released from the org on May 15th. He played with the team only one Split, starting off on the main TL roster during Broxah's visa delay, and then switching to Academy upon his arrival mid-season. Read more on his story here:

Dignitas has added yet another talent, announcing former FlyQuest head coach, Invert, as their assistant coach to Thinkcard. This finishes up their off-season moves. Read more about the move here:
Dignitas fills in their final Academy spot, signing former IMT, TL, and GG support, Olleh. This completes the DIG Academy squad with 5 former LCS veterans, giving them a stacked roster and a lot of places for substitutions and swap-outs for the LCS.
After visa issues with their previous Academy top lane signing, Rodov, Dignitas has signed former LCS top laner, Lourlo. Dignitas is now only lacking a support player for their Academy roster, boasting four veterans on the Academy so far.
