$1 million Twitch Rivals event to be held at TwitchCon
On Friday afternoon, Twitch, one of the largest live streaming platforms in the world, announced that they will be hosting a $1 million Twitch Rivals tournament at the annual TwitchCon event starting on September 27 in San Diego. According to the company's press release, the three-day event will pit streamers against one another in Fortnite, League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics and Apex Legends. Previously reserved for the most popular streamers on the platforms, this Twitch Rivals event will allow any Twitch Partner or Affiliate to compete in the events.
