Activision Blizzard files poaching lawsuit against Netflix
According to a report by Deadline, Activision Blizzard is suing Netflix. The lawsuit is being filed as a response to Netflix allegedly poaching Activision Blizzard's Chief Financial Officer Spencer Neumann. Since Netflix signed Neumann before his contract with Activision Blizzard expired, Activision Blizzard has filed a lawsuit in response to Netflix poaching Neumann.
