[Interview] PraY on His Much Needed Break - The Uncertainty of His Return
PraY has chosen to leave temporarily; during our interview on December 27th, PraY himself put an end to the rumors about him returning. PraY seemed exhausted as he opened up to speak. The funny side that we so often saw in front of the camera was nowhere to be seen and he was at a loss for words now and then when talking about his feelings during the interview. It wasn't an easy decision, but PraY admitted that “It feels nice to live like a decent human being now.” He had many thoughts crowding his mind, yet couldn't easily speak of them out loud to anyone. He was afraid of having his true feelings told to his colleagues, family, and fans. However, he said that it was very hard for him to keep his turmoil to himself this year; that is why he, for the first time, told his parents about his true feelings. He was afraid that the end was close as he held back his tears alone.

Activision Blizzard fires CFO, joins Netflix
Activision Blizzard’s tumultuous 2018 ended last night with a regulatory filing that announced the firing of the Cheif Financial Officer (CFO) Spencer Neumann. Per the filing, the termination of his employment was “unrelated to the Company’s financial reporting or disclosure controls and procedures.” He is currently on paid leave, per the company.

This is the interview with Sword from Griffin, which won against DAMWON Gaming 3-0 in the KeSPA Cup 2018 Semifinals. Griffin overwhelmed their opponent team during the entire 3 games; they did not let their enemy take even one win during the match. In the end, they made it to the finals where they will be playing against Gen.G Esports. Will they be able to pay back for the defeat they've tasted during the Korea Regional Finals 2018? We had the chance to meet Sword, the top laner for Griffin, and hear how they felt about their victory as well as how they were determined to win in the finals.

According to Tarzan, Griffin will continue to improve. Griffin defeated DAMWON Gaming 3-0 during the League of Legends KeSPA Cup 2018 Semifinals on December 29th. Tarzan guided his team to the victory by picking Sejuani for game 1 and 2, and Camille for game 3. How Griffin overwhelmed the enemy team even from the early phase regardless of what champions they have played stood out during the entire match. Griffin Tarzan & Viper: "We don’t have any preference for certain team comps because we can adapt to playing and absorb everything regardless of what type"
Griffin defeated DAMWON Gaming by perfect 3-0 in the League of Legends KeSP Cup 2018 Semifinals on December 29th. Griffin showed no mercy during the entire match; although both teams were even in the total gold in game 1, Griffin was far ahead of DAMWON in the number of kills. Gradually, Griffin took steps closer to the victory while DAMWON could do nothing but helplessly watch their Nexus getting destroyed. It was almost the same in game 2 and 3; Griffin outplayed DAMWON in almost every team fights, giving DAMWON no chance to turn the tide. In the end, Griffin got to be the one to play against Gen.G Esports in the finals after winning against DAMWON Gaming. Following is the post-match interview Griffin Viper and Tarzan had.

Dallas Mavericks’ owner and billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban is no stranger to voicing his opinions or working with athletes to achieve a common goal, winning. When he caught wind of a story by Quartz referencing the early retirement ages for professional esports players, he took to Twitter to share the story and give his two cents on why Cuban hasn’t jumped in feet first with the purchase of a League of Legends team yet. While Cuban is no stranger to working extreme hours to get the job done, that doesn't mean that he wants that for all of his players, employees or business partners. With weekly balance changes common in the esports industry, players are required to put in overtime just to keep up with the ever-evolving metas in their respective games. Who is Imperius? Heroes of the Storm's next character
In the middle of the night, a Portuguese Heroes of the Storm Twitter account leaked the newest hero set to join the nexus next week. The often requested and short-tempered Archangel of Valor, Imperius, is slated to go live on the Public Test Realm (PTR) starting on Wednesday, according to the tweet. While his role in the nexus is currently unknown, his backstory and attitude are all too familiar to fans of the Diablo franchise. For everyone else who isn’t aware of Imperius’ storyline, here’s a little information to catch you up to speed.
