After being tied for first in their group coming into the second Round Robin of the Group Stage at Worlds, J Team was eliminated after losing to Splyce and FunPlus Phoenix, both of whom qualified for the Knockout Stage. The LMS first seed was looking for redemption this Worlds, as the last few years have seen the LMS knocked out in groups repeatedly. 

With Flash Wolves being a shell of their former team, J Team stepped in as the new first seed, but were only able to come away with a 3-3 record. This is the last year of the LMS as a region, so fans were hopeful to return to the knockout stage in search for redemption. But alas, hope will have to be spread to the other two seeds, who both sit at 0-3 so far in their respective groups.

J Team makes an earlier exit than they would have liked, but be sure to catch AHQ and HKA in their games later this week.
