Irvine, California – June 18, 2019 – Joycity released an all-new mode for 3on3 FreeStyle on PlayStation 4.

Ranked Mode is a new match system which pits all players to compete for 7 different titles every season. Players are automatically matched up with similarly skilled or tiered players. The competition will be far more intense than Regular Mode.

Players can check their current ranking and how they compare to others in real-time. Ranked Mode will start with a 3-week long pre-season first, and then move on to a regularly scheduled season. The higher tier you are by the end of the season, the more rewards you’ll receive!

Along with the new mode, a summer-themed beach court will be exclusively available on Ranked Mode. Several in-game items with fun summertime designs will be included with the update as well.

Kyung Tae Kim, the Development Director at Joycity said, “We put great focus on the competitive aspect this round. Starting with the Ranked Mode update, we have several other contents in development planned for the summer. Players can look forward to exciting new gameplay to enjoy with their friends.”

3on3 FreeStyle is a free-to-play, fast-paced and interactive street basketball sports game, featuring unique characters, online and co-op multiplayer modes, and straightforward controls making the game fun for players of all skill levels.
