Griffin made an official announcement via their official Twitter account that they have renewed their contracts with all of their players on their roster for three more years. This means that all Griffin players -- Sword, Tarzan, Chovy, Viper, Kabbie, and Lehends -- will be playing for the team until 2021.

Griffin, after getting promoted to the LCK in the 2018 Summer Promotion, delivered great team performance during the Summer Season. In such a short period of time, they have improved to a point where they defeated top LCK teams, placing 2nd in the Summer Playoffs and 3rd in the Korea Regional Finals. As the League of Legends fans were exhilarated to follow the rise of this new LCK team in 2018, this announcement will be great news for the Griffin fans.
