On the 8th, Riot Games released their schedule for the 2019 LCK Spring Split. The 2019 LCK Spring Split will take place for 10 weeks, from January 16th to March 31st at the newly establish LoL Park. 

The opening series on the 16th will feature SKT T1 and Jin Air Green Wings. On the 2nd series of that day, the newly qualified DAMWON Gaming who had proven themselves strong at the 2018 KeSPA Cup will go against Gen.G Esports. SANDBOX Gaming who had also just recently joined the LCK will have their debut game on the 18th. 

The final match of the 2019 LCK Spring Round 1 will be played on the 22nd of February by HLE and DAMWON Gaming. Round 2 will immediately began on the same day with the 2nd series, which will feature KT and Griffin. Each team will battle every other team twice, and the top 5 teams who had scored the highest throughout the regular split will compete in the Spring Playoffs. 

The start time of the matches will remain the same as before, with the first series of an LCK day being scheduled at 5 PM (KST) and the second at 8 PM.
