KT Smeb and Score will soon be on their way to a baseball stadium. 

On the 28th of September, through their official Facebook page, kt Rolster made an announcement that Smeb and Score will be attending a baseball game on the 30th of September as the ceremonial first pitcher and batter. The game will take place at the 'kt wiz' baseball team's home venue in Suwon, Korea. 'kt wiz' will be playing against 'Lotte Giants'.

The team in which Smeb and Score are affiliated to, kt Rolster, defeated Griffin at the 2018 LCK Summer Finals with a score of 3-2. The two players who took a brief break after being crowned the new LCK champions will make their appearance as the ceremonial first pitcher and batter. Smeb will attend the event as the thrower, and Score will be the batter.

On the other hand, this isn't the first time that a professional esports player attended a baseball opening ceremony as a first pitcher. A player from the Overwatch League, New York Excelsior's 'Saebyeolbe', threw the first pitch at the New York Mets' home venue, Citi Field, on July this year. In Korea, HLE's head coach, Kang, and ADC player, Sangyoon, attended a baseball game as the first pitcher and batter.
