Starting from July 11th, MapleStory 2’s Twitter account has been taken over by upcoming in-gaming monsters. MapleStory 2 fans will be asked to defeat the monsters together in order to return the MapleStory 2 channel back to regular-scheduled tweet-programming. Fans who participate in the group raids via Twitter will be entered to win keys for Closed Beta 2 set to run from July 18th, 2018 through August 1st, 2018. The ‘MapleStory 2 - Monster Battle’ event will end on the 14th.

The following monsters are scheduled to appear on the days listed:

   ⋅ July 11 - Mushroom Army
  ⋅ July 12 - Slime
  ⋅ July 13 - Balrog
  ⋅ July 14 - Devorak
