Following his countryman  – and longtime domestic rival in the LMS - Hung “Karsa” Hau-Hsuan’s footsteps, jungler Xue “Mountain” Zhao-Hong has left LMS’ ahq e-Sports Club and is headed to China, where he will be joining the traditional OMG organization, according to a post released on the Taiwanese team’s official Facebook page.

Starting his career for the Flash Wolves, Mountain joined ahq in 2015, where he managed to win both Spring and Summer Splits, marking it the last time a team not named Flash Wolves managed to take the LMS trophy home. A seasoned player internationally as well, Mountain played at the last three World Championships, managing to reach the Quarter-Finals in 2015.

Such experience will certainly be of much value for OMG, a teamhaunted by inconsistent performances throughout the entirety of the Spring Split. There, they ended the regular season with an unimpressive 5-14 record, which put them far from playoffs contention.

However, it is currently unknown how much play time the Taiwanese actually will see, as OMG still currently have two other junglers under contract, following the retirement of Zhao "Fireloli" Zhi-Ming earlier this month: Chen “World6” Yu-Tian and Hu “Jiekou” Zi-Xiang, who played 16 and 10 games respectively during this split.

Support Maestro joins Snake

While Mountain is joining, OMG announced yesterday on a post released on Weibo the departure of support Hu "Maestr0" Jian-Xin, who will be playing for league rivals Snake Esports in the upcoming Summer Split.

Joining OMG in December, Maestr0 however failed to make any significant impact, playing only 6 games during the Spring Split, holding a 1-5 record, with the sole win being in a surprising game 2 victory against EDward Gaming on March 25. Now defending Snake’s colors, he will fight for a starting position with Liu "Hudie" Yan-Zhu.
