A Skill Slot that shows a skill’s cooldown has been updated in Black Desert Online (BDO) Korean server. You can now adjust the UI so that it only shows the cooldown of desired skills through this option, and can also turn on and off the icon which shows all skill cooldowns.
In order to change the cooldown of a specific skill, you need to press K and bring up the skill window on the screen first. Click the Cooldown UI Settings located on the top of the skill window, and you can now assign skills you want in the newly opened window on the left-hand side.
You can set up to 10 skills to see their cooldown, and also find the skill using the search bar. Upon clicking the arrow button to the right of the skill, you can assign them from number 1 to 10. The Skill Slot Icons can be turned on and off through the UI Setting, and you can also move them to any location on the screen.
Upon activating the Skill Slot Icons, the list of up to 10 skills will always appear on the screen even if you are not using them at the moment. In addition, the Skill Cooldown Icon that shows the cooldown of all skills automatically can be turned off, making the gaming environment much cleaner by minimizing the number of unnecessary skill cooldowns showing on the screen.

I'm not sure i understand. Is it possible to show icons only when on cooldown? On last screenshot icons appear while off cooldown.

@Keldorn_CorbecThe skills that are added in the new cooldown slots will always appear, regardless of whether the skills are on cooldown or not. Players used to put some skills in the quick slot to check their cooldown, and now BDO made a separate system that has this function. We added a few more screenshots to give you more details on how the new UI works. Hope these can help :)

@YullieI search it everywhere, How you can put the skills in Quick Slots Area?
Because I already try it from UI Setting and I still can't drag Skills to Quick Slots Area.
and I already search it in every website and I still can't get tutorial "How to Put Skills to Quick Area Slots".
Hope you can help it.

@Vanesha_Alma_FHi, in order to put the skills in the regular Quick Slots, you can drag&drop the skills directly from the Skill window(K) to the Quick Slots. Drag the skill icon in the Skill window and drop the icon on the Quick Slot than you want to put the skill on.
If you are trying to put the skills on the Skill Cooldown Slots, click on the Skill Cooldown Slot button that is in the top left corner of the Skill window. Click on the arrow next to each Skill name, and choose the slot in the drop down menu, as shown in the screenshot below.
