VALOFE announced that the official service for AVA RE:BIRTH will launch on the 28th, with pre-downloads available starting on the 23rd. Pre-registrations have surpassed 200,000.
The service targets major overseas markets including Japan, Thailand, Brazil, North America, and Europe, with Pmang and VFUN as the available platforms. AVA RE:BIRTH is a spin-off game independently developed by VALOFE after acquiring the Alliance of Valiant Arms (AVA) IP license owned by Neowiz. Building on the original's core content, distinct weapon characteristics, and tactical combat, it features new modes and balance adjustments.
The official service will add player-to-player item trading and new game modes. Custom rooms, which allow players to configure match settings directly, and a server selection feature will also be introduced. VALOFE gathered player feedback from the closed beta test (CBT) conducted starting on the 2nd for major overseas service regions and reflected it in the official release.
Improvements based on CBT feedback were also applied to the combat experience and controls. Adjustments were made to make weapon characteristics and gunplay feedback feel clearer, while enemy difficulty, spawn locations, and behavior patterns were reviewed for "HUNTING FIELD," dedicated content reinterpreting extraction shooter genre elements.
Subsequent updates will introduce a "gear cost limit system" and clan features. VALOFE is preparing this system with the goal of creating a competitive environment where player skill and strategy determine victory or defeat. The clan features will support player community building and team-based play.
A VALOFE representative said, "We have incorporated the feedback sent by players during the CBT into the official service as much as possible," adding, "Starting with pre-downloads on the 23rd through to the official launch on the 28th, we are focusing on elevating the level of polish, and we will continue to meet player expectations through ongoing updates after release."
