Hasbro has revealed new Transformers, Street Fighter and G.I. Joe figures ahead of New York Comic Con (NYCC) 2026, which runs from October 8th to 11th.
According to a release, the toy and games company will also bring convention exclusives, panels and hands-on Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) sessions to the four-day show. Alongside its own franchises such as G.I. Joe, Magic: The Gathering and Transformers, Hasbro is promoting licensed products tied to Star Wars, Marvel, The Legend of Zelda and Street Fighter.
“Fans experience the franchises they love in so many different ways,” said Billy Lagor, President of Toys & Board Games at Hasbro. “New York Comic Con brings those experiences together and reminds us that while the way people play may evolve, their connection to these characters and stories can last.”
Lagor added that the ‘breadth’ of the company’s portfolio puts it in a position “to meet fans wherever and however they play.” Hasbro, which also owns Monopoly, Nerf and Play-Doh, claims to reach more than 1bn fans a year through its games, toys, film, TV and other products.

NYCC exclusives from Funko and Han Cholo
Hasbro partners Funko and Han Cholo are selling limited-edition items on the show floor. At booth #4515, Funko has two NYCC exclusives: a Dark Urge collectible inspired by the video game Baldur’s Gate 3, and a Baby Brass Dragon from D&D. Separately, a Comic Con exclusive edition of Baldur’s Gate 3: Astarion, the official prequel novel to the game, is sold only at the Penguin Random House Book World booth (#3021).

Han Cholo’s booth (#3360) has a Power Rangers Trick or Treat Halloween enamel pin that you can only get at NYCC. The company is also selling its full Power Rangers jewellery and accessories range, which it’s displaying on arcade-style stands.
D&D sessions raise money for The Trevor Project
Hasbro’s D&D area is at the back of Hall 1E and is open from 11 AM to 9 PM ET each day. Short demos lasting 20 to 30 minutes run all day and need no signup or previous experience. Players who want more time can join a two-hour Learn to Play session, where Dungeon Masters (DMs) walk newcomers through characters, dice, combat and roleplaying. Places are booked in person at the Event HQ desk, and there’s a waitlist when sessions fill up.
From 5 PM to 9 PM ET each evening, the area also hosts Chaos in the City of Splendors, a four-hour Adventurer’s League Epic. Several parties play at once across the city of Waterdeep, and what happens at each table feeds into a larger shared story. Cosplayers can also ask to take part as wandering non-player characters (NPCs).
Both the daytime sessions and the evening event include charity incentives for The Trevor Project. According to the release, players can donate to ‘influence the fun at their tables’, and DMs or Event HQ staff can explain what’s on offer.
