SOOP will officially broadcast the 2026 Demacia Cup Global Invitational (DCGI) in Korean from October 3 to 17. A total of 12 teams from six regions will participate, with a total prize pool of 1.5 million yuan.
Co-hosted by TJ Sports and Huya, DCGI is an expanded version of last year's inaugural LoL international tournament, the Asia Showdown Invitational (ASI), featuring more regions and teams. Teams from Korea's LCK and China's LPL, alongside Europe, Middle East, and Africa's LEC, North America's LCS, Asia-Pacific's LCP, and Brazil's CBLOL, will compete.
Representing the LCK are KT Rolster (KT), BNK FearX (BFX), and HANJIN BRION (BRO). From the LPL, JD Gaming, Team WE, and LGD Gaming will participate, while Natus Vincere and Team Vitality join from the LEC. Shopify Rebellion and FlyQuest from the LCS, GAM Esports from the LCP, and RED Canids Kalunga from CBLOL are also included on the roster.
The online Swiss Stage will take place from October 3 to 8 to determine the teams advancing to the quarterfinals. The quarterfinals and semifinals will be held from October 12 to 15, with the final champion decided in the grand finals on October 17.
For the Korean broadcast, Kim Su-bin and Oh Sung-gyun will serve as play-by-play casters, with Kim Dong-jun and 'Kuro' Lee Seo-haeng providing commentary. All matches will be available to watch on the SOOP website and mobile app, and viewer participation events will also take place during the tournament.
