Pre-registrations for Playwith Korea's upcoming mobile MMORPG Seal M2 surpassed 1 million on the 29th. The milestone was achieved roughly a week after reaching 700,000 on the 23rd.
Official pre-registration for Seal M2 began on the 3rd. Alongside pre-registration, Playwith Korea released in-game videos highlighting class overviews, dungeon hunting, and the 'Guarder' system.
The company also introduced a 'Custom MBTI Guide' that recommends classes tailored to user preferences, along with comical short-form videos showcasing mounts. According to Playwith Korea, the key short-form videos have each surpassed 100,000 views.
Seal M2 inherits the identity and feel of the original Seal Online and its predecessor Seal M. It reinterprets combat, progression, collection, co-op, and competitive content to match the playstyle preferences of mobile MMORPG players.
A representative from Playwith Korea stated, “Thanks to the support sent by players since pre-registration began, we were able to quickly surpass 1 million registrations,” adding, “We will continue to showcase diverse content, including videos of life-skill content and promotional comical short-form clips, while putting our best efforts into preparing for a Q4 launch to meet expectations.”
