Treenod will unveil its new title 'Poko Merge' for the first time at Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2026, held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, from September 17 to 21.
Treenod is participating in the event as part of the Busan Joint Pavilion operated by the Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency (BIPA). The exhibition location is at booth 02-C02 BIPA inside the 'General Exhibition Area', where the studio plans to offer hands-on game demos on site.
'Poko Merge' is a merge game developed based on Treenod's flagship IP, 'Pokopang'. Players can merge items to restore a ruined village and travel across islands with Pokota and friends to search for Raffi while collecting 'Pokorunes'.
To coincide with the on-site showcase, Treenod is also launching the official website for 'Poko Merge', which introduces the game's world and story. The site is designed in an interactive format that allows users to directly click through the screen for a hands-on sample of the gameplay. The developer will also run an event on site offering character merchandise to visitors who download and try out the game.
A Treenod representative said, "'Poko Merge' is a new title that inherits the identity of the 'Pokopang' IP while adding fresh elements of fun, making it very meaningful to present it to Japanese players for the first time at Tokyo Game Show," adding, "We have prepared a rich setup so that visitors to the booth can play the game in person and take home merchandise as well."
Starting with this event, Treenod plans to ramp up localization and marketing for the global launch of 'Poko Merge', while continuing to strengthen its existing live-service IPs such as 'PokoPoko'.
