On Monday, September 14, news of a collaboration between Seven Knights Re:BIRTH and the anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba was announced. Preliminary details regarding the crossover were shared in a video titled 'CM May's Breaking News' on the official YouTube channel. The upcoming collaboration will be themed around Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle Chapter 1.
A total of four collaboration heroes were introduced, who will join the game sequentially across two updates. The first update is scheduled for Thursday, October 1, bringing Tanjiro Kamado and Zenitsu Agatsuma first. The second update, slated for Thursday, October 15, will feature Shinobu Kocho and Giyu Tomioka.

The CM May's Breaking News video also revealed details regarding how to obtain each hero. Tanjiro, featured as a Special Legendary hero, can be acquired for free simply by logging in after the first update, while Nezuko, who appears as a Legendary Pet, was also announced as a free reward giveaway.
Specific details regarding how to acquire Zenitsu, Shinobu, and Giyu have not yet been disclosed. However, at the end of the video, Producer Geun-hee Son announced that all four collaboration characters will be provided to players, suggesting they will be obtainable through in-game events and activities.
In addition to the new collaboration heroes, new in-game boss battles were teased. The Upper Rank demons who stood against the Demon Slayer Corps in the Infinity Castle will appear as bosses, with battles designed to reflect each Upper Rank's distinct characteristics. The specific boss lineup and battle mechanics have not yet been revealed and will be announced sequentially in future content previews.

Pre-registration is also underway to celebrate the Seven Knights Re:BIRTH x Demon Slayer collaboration. Pre-registration, which began on Monday, September 14, can be accessed through the official community and QR codes in the video, running until maintenance on October 1. Players who pre-register will receive three commemorative coupons, each containing 10 Demon Slayer Summon Vouchers.
The obtained coupons can be used in the Demon Slayer Corps Wish Summon and Hashira Wish Summon scheduled for Thursday, October 15. However, note that the pre-registration commemorative coupon can only be redeemed once per account regardless of the number of reward codes obtained. Additionally, if comments on the 'Demon Slayer Corps Joins Seven Knights Re:BIRTH!' event post in the official lounge exceed 1,000 by Monday, September 21, all Adventurers will receive 10 Hero Summon Vouchers and 5 Key Chests.
