Netmarble announced on the 7th that it held the inauguration ceremony for the 26th class of its college student supporter program, 'Marble Challenger'.
'Marble Challenger' is an extracurricular program in the gaming industry that launched in 2013. According to Netmarble, a total of 235 participants have completed the program through the 25th class, and 60% of job-seeking participants (seniors and above) went on to secure employment in the gaming industry.
For approximately six months until February 2027, participants in the 26th class will gain practical experience in areas such as creating promotional new media content for platforms like YouTube and Instagram, writing official blog posts, analyzing trend reports, and planning and executing Netmarble's online and offline events.
Participants receive a monthly activity stipend and mentoring opportunities from industry professionals. Those who complete the program are awarded a certificate of completion and receive preferential treatment during document screening when applying to Netmarble in the future.
Kim Dong-hwan, head of Netmarble's Creator Strategy Team, stated, "Starting with promotional activities for titles exhibiting at Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2026, we plan to run the program to help supporters grow into talent for the gaming industry through hands-on mentoring and experience in planning and creating AI content."
