Capcom will host the online broadcast "Capcom Spotlight | TGS 2026" for about 40 minutes starting at 11:00 PM on September 16, one day before the opening of Tokyo Game Show 2026 (TGS 2026). The broadcast will introduce the latest information on four titles, including Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance, while presenting a booth lineup at TGS that includes world-first and Japan-first playable demos.

The broadcast can be viewed on Capcom's and TGS's official YouTube channels, among other platforms. Direct stream links will be released at a later date. The scheduled lineup for the broadcast and on-site booth is as follows:

At the center of the booth lineup is Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance, scheduled for release in 2027. Capcom will run the world-first playable demo of the expansion at its TGS 2026 booth. Players will be able to experience actions utilizing the new Boost Bracer feature in all demo quests.

The demo consists of three quests. First, a quest set in the new field, Airborne Ruins, where players face an unidentified flying monster. Players can also freely explore the field while riding a Seikret. The second is a quest to hunt an Elder Dragon from previous entries in the series. The identity of this Elder Dragon has not yet been announced and will be revealed during the Spotlight broadcast on September 16.

Finally, there is a Chatacabra hunt quest designed for players new to Monster Hunter Wilds. This single-player-exclusive quest features a tutorial. The quests featuring the new monster and the returning Elder Dragon support both single-player and multiplayer modes.

Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen will make its playable debut in Japan. Players can choose between investigating an anomaly in the new region of Norgan, battling the ice dragon Fimbul, or completing a Griffin Hunt set in the base game region. As this content has been adjusted for the demo, details may differ from the full release.

Mega Man: Dual Override will also host its first playable demo in Japan. At the booth, players can play as Mega Man through Stages 1 to 3 of Twinkle Girl and experience the new "Override" system.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Pragmata, and Street Fighter 6 will also be playable on-site. Specific demo details for these three titles will be announced later. The Onimusha: Way of the Sword demo is restricted to visitors aged 18 and older following age verification with a valid ID.

The mobile game Monster Hunter Outlanders will showcase a new field announced under its Japanese name, "Kuchihate no Fuchi," for the first time. The demo includes exploring the locale using gliders and ziplines while hunting Radiant Radobaan and Azure Rathalos.

Exhibits beyond playable demos are also planned. Costumes used in the filming of the movie Street Fighter: The Movie and official merchandise will be on display, alongside a life-sized Zangief photo zone. A shooting range co-organized by Resident Evil and Tokyo Marui will be open to visitors aged 18 and older.

TGS 2026 will run from September 17 to 21 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. September 17 and 18 are Business Days, while September 19 through 21 are open to the general public.
