On the 23rd, the final day of the 2026 LoL Champions Korea (LCK) regular season was held at CHZZK LoL Park in Jongno. The first match was a decider for second place in the Legend Group between Hanwha Life Esports and T1, where Hanwha Life Esports claimed a 2-0 victory to hold onto second place. Having secured second place, Hanwha Life Esports advances directly to Round 2 of the playoffs.

Choi "Zeus" Woo-je's Jayce kicked off Game 1 with a solo kill. In response, Mun "Oner" Hyeon-jun's Xin Zhao immediately ambushed top to take down Jayce, while Choi "Doran" Hyun-joon's K'Sante answered back with a solo kill of his own. Seo "Kanavi" Jin-hyeok's Lee Sin then joined forces with Yoo "Delight" Hwan-joong's Alistar to heavily target the bottom lane, widening the gap.

T1 put up a fierce fight. Despite being at a disadvantage, they exploited Hanwha Life Esports' openings to steadily pile up kills and secured the first two dragons. However, around the 20-minute mark, a teamfight in front of Baron turned the tide as Kim "Zeka" Geon-woo's Cassiopeia ultimate followed by a charge from the well-fed Lee Sin netted a triple kill, giving Hanwha Life Esports a massive teamfight victory. The prize was a fresh Baron.

Ahead of the second Baron, Jayce was caught out, but Hanwha Life Esports created an opportunity by picking off Orianna in return. Confident they would not lose an even-numbered fight, Hanwha Life Esports initiated a battle, unilaterally sweeping three kills and pushing to T1's Nexus alongside the regrouped Jayce to close out the game.

Game 2 followed. The decisive moment came around the 11-minute mark in the bottom lane. Tied 3-3 in kills, Hanwha Life Esports executed a bold bot dive utilizing Zeus's Kennen Teleport to sweep four kills, instantly opening up a huge lead. With full control, Hanwha Life Esports continued to force skirmishes across the map, adding more kills and rapidly rolling their snowball.

Securing Baron at 20 minutes, Hanwha Life Esports built an 8,000-gold lead and pushed down mid to destroy the inhibitor. T1 made a final stand in front of the top inhibitor turret, but the difference in power was simply too large. Erasing "Faker"'s Ryze in an instant, Hanwha Life Esports scored an Ace to put an end to the match.
