Mgame (CEO Kwon Yi-hyeong) announced on the 19th that its self-developed martial arts idle RPG, 'Ghost Online Idle,' has surpassed 500k pre-registrations.

Pre-registrations for 'Ghost Online Idle' have been open since the 11st via the official Mgame pre-registration page, Google Play, the Apple App Store, and ONE store, reaching this milestone just nine days after launch.

The rapid growth in pre-registrations is driven by interest from fans of the original 'Ghost Online' combined with the accessible nature of the idle RPG genre. The 'Ghost Online' IP has proven its potential for expansion, starting with the original online game launched in 2005 and continuing with the success of 'Ghost Online M,' released in November 2024.

'Ghost Online Idle' is a self-developed mobile game that reinterprets the world and content of the original PC game 'Ghost Online' as an idle RPG. While it inherits key elements from the original, such as classes, martial arts, regions, and monsters, it replaces the original field-exploration structure with a stage-based idle system.

The main story follows the legendary martial artist 'Taehwa-nogun,' who lost everything due to the betrayal of a trusted disciple, as he works to regain his memories and martial arts. This narrative of the protagonist recovering his lost power is organically integrated with character growth elements, offering both the unique charm of the original series and the convenience of an idle RPG.

We are doing our utmost to prepare for the launch to ensure that those who have been waiting will be fully satisfied, and we look forward to demonstrating the strength of the 'Ghost Online' IP once again."

Meanwhile, pre-registered users will receive various items to assist with early-game growth upon official release, including Hongsu-jeong (Red Crystals), gold, companion cards, and equipment enhancement stones.
