In the first game of the 'Google Play ASL Season 21' finals, held on the special stage at 'PlayX4 2026' in KINTEX, Ilsan, on the 24th, Lee Young-ho secured a victory using a 'fast double' build followed by a mechanic attack.

In Game 1 on 'Jane Doe,' Lee utilized the map's features to build his Command Center at his natural expansion immediately, opting for an economic start. Park Sang-hyun went for a standard natural expansion followed by a quick gas build, signaling a 2-Hatchery Mutalisk strategy. Lee blocked his ramp, denied scouting, and quickly constructed his Factories.
Lee opted for a 3-Factory Armory build, focusing on a Goliath-heavy mechanic composition. After producing a sufficient number of Goliaths, he built his natural expansion Command Center to prepare for the late game, while Park quickly took his own natural expansion and added Drones after his initial Mutalisk production.
Lee launched a poke with his Goliaths. Since he had already secured his natural expansion, the attack was not an 'all-in,' yet Park suffered significant losses while trying to focus on Drone production. Park managed to defend, however, and used his Mutalisks to deal damage to Lee before beginning to produce Hydralisks.
Lee added Tanks and launched an attack at the 1/1 upgrade timing. Park attempted to hold off the Goliaths and Tanks with a combination of Mutalisks and Hydralisks, but he could not stop the continuous reinforcements of Goliaths, allowing Lee to take the first game.
