Com2uS Holdings (CEO Jung Chul-ho) announced on the 14th that it has signed a publishing agreement with French game publisher New Tales SAS for the PC and console game 'Fading Echo' in the Asian region.
Fading Echo is an action-adventure game developed by Emeteria, a studio under New Tales. Players control 'One,' a young hero with the ability to freely transform into human, liquid, and vapor forms, as they explore a constantly shifting reality. The game features a system where water, vapor, and elemental powers interact organically, combined with a deep narrative. Its unique comic-book-style visuals are a key attraction, and players can enjoy fluid movement, dynamic combat, and exploration based on interactions with the surrounding environment.
A demo version is currently available on Steam, the world's largest game distribution platform, and the game is scheduled to launch in the second half of this year on PC as well as various consoles, including PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
Com2uS Holdings is accelerating its platform diversification by releasing a series of new PC and console titles. Through this agreement, the company will handle local services for Fading Echo in major Asian regions, including South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Leveraging its accumulated global publishing expertise, Com2uS Holdings plans to work closely with New Tales to ensure the success of Fading Echo in Asia.
Meanwhile, beyond its existing mobile game business, Com2uS Holdings is expanding into the PC and console markets to strengthen its growth engines. The company has already released the PC and Xbox versions of 'Guidus Zero,' and 'Fatal Claw' has entered Early Access on Steam. Other new titles, such as 'Lone Chef,' are also slated for release in the second half of the year.
