EA SPORTS has announced a slate of league partner events for the 2026 EA SPORTS FC Pro League Phase, outlining a packed competitive season that will feature more than a dozen licensed tournaments and a combined prize pool exceeding $1 million.

The announcement, made Tuesday by Electronic Arts, positions the upcoming league phase as a key step in the global qualification pathway for the FC Pro World Championship. The program brings together professional players, top clubs and regional leagues as the competitive circuit scales up for its third season.

Monica Dinsmore, head of esports at the company, said the partnerships reflect the growing role of competitive gaming in helping football brands reach new audiences. Players will compete not only for prize money, but also for qualification into major international events, including the eChampions League in Europe and the season-ending world championship.

Now in its third year, the FC Pro Leagues framework continues to expand alongside major football partners such as the Premier League, LALIGA, the Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Serie A TIM, CONMEBOL and Major League Soccer. Through these partnerships, players around the world can represent professional clubs in official digital competitions tied to regional leagues.
