G2 Announces First Anime Capsule Collaboration With Solo Leveling

G2 Esports has launched its first anime-inspired capsule collection, teaming with Solo Leveling for a limited-edition drop that blends competitive gaming culture with one of the most popular anime franchises of the past two years.

The Berlin-based organization announced the collaboration Friday as part of its ongoing 10th-anniversary celebrations. The line features apparel designed around the dark aesthetic and leveling-up themes central to Solo Leveling and its protagonist, Sung Jin-Woo. G2 said the pieces draw heavily from the show’s shadow-driven visuals, incorporating minimalist silhouettes with subtle graphic and lighting elements meant to appeal to long-time fans.

According to the organization, the clothing aims to reflect the narrative of personal transformation that appears in both the anime and G2’s competitive history. The collection includes understated streetwear pieces intended for everyday use, with the company positioning the line as an extension of modern fandom and online-to-offline culture.

G2’s 10yr Anniversary Celebrations Continue with their First-Ever Anime Capsule Collaboration with Solo Leveling

Solo Leveling has become a global hit since debuting in 2024, earning multiple awards at the 2025 Crunchyroll Anime Awards, including Anime of the Year. Its storyline, following Jin-Woo’s rise from one of the world’s weakest hunters to its strongest, has resonated with audiences worldwide. G2 noted that the theme mirrors its own climb from a small European esports team to a major international brand.

The collaboration follows several high-profile fashion partnerships for G2, including past releases with Ralph Lauren, Warner Bros.’ Batman, and lifestyle brand Smiley. The organization continues to position itself as both a competitive powerhouse and a cultural presence, expanding into entertainment projects such as its media division, 62, and branching into traditional sports through Gerard Piqué’s Kings League.

“We’ve wanted to release an anime collaboration for the longest time, so we’re excited to kick off our first drop with Solo Leveling,” G2 COO Sabrina Ratih said in a statement. She called the collection a signal of where gaming, anime and streetwear are converging, adding that the organization hopes to create apparel that connects fashion with fandom.

The G2 x Solo Leveling capsule is available starting Nov. 14 exclusively through the organization’s online store.
