
Konami Digital Entertainment Limited announced that its flagship football title, eFootball™, will be showcased at the upcoming “gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2025,” set to take place in Bangkok, Thailand, this October.
The hybrid event marks a new collaboration between gamescom asia, the regional branch of Europe’s largest gaming convention, and Thailand Game Show, Southeast Asia’s biggest gaming exhibition. The joint venture aims to bring together international publishers, regional developers, and gaming enthusiasts under one banner, highlighting the growing influence of the Southeast Asian gaming market.
According to Konami, the decision to participate in the inaugural show reflects the company’s commitment to expanding its community in Thailand and surrounding regions. Partnering with Plan B Media Public Company Limited, Konami has worked to cultivate local engagement through updates, esports events, and community initiatives tailored for Thai players.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the eFootball™ series, and Konami celebrated with a major update that introduced new gameplay features and Thai language support—making the title more accessible to players in the region.
At “gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2025,” eFootball™ will feature several on-site attractions, including casual tournaments, influencer-led matches, and a challenge event where attendees can face the reigning console World Champion. Visitors will also have opportunities for photo sessions designed to replicate in-game appearances and receive free giveaways.
The exhibition will run from October 16–19 at Booth B5 in Bangkok. Event details are subject to change, and official information can be found on the event website.
