Seoul, Korea — Aug. 30, 2022 — 2bytes (led by CEO Ham Young-chul), a global game services startup, and Inven Global (led by CEO Oh Eui-deok), a global game media platform, have agreed upon a strategic partnership. 2bytes and Inven Global have created a collaboration model to help Korean gaming companies expand to the world. 2bytes will provide translation as well as operation/QA infrastructures, while Inven Global will utilize its global network to provide the service.

2bytes is a global game services startup that provides game localization, QA, operation, and global consultation services. They have more than 50 game developers as clients, including Pearl Abyss, Kakao Games, etc. Within two years of establishment, the company has grown to have more than 170 staff members. They have also established Penta Peak Studios to develop their own games, and are expanding as a global gaming company. Recently, they’ve been expanding their services to the blockchain industry by signing partnerships with ICONLOOP, a major blockchain company, and ICON, a global interchain project, to launch an interchain NFT platform, HAVAH.
Inven Global is a gaming/esports media based in North America. It is the North American corporation of Korea’s game media, Inven. They have been solidifying their position as a local NA media by creating exclusive gaming and esports content and holding their fifth IGEC, a global esports conference. Recently, they’ve signed partnerships with more than 60 major media groups from NA and EU, and have been developing as a strategic PR and marketing hub to support Korean and Asian gaming companies expand to the global market.
