T1 Entertainment & Sports (T1) announced today that Lee "Faker” Sang-hyeok donated to help aid efforts to the victims of the recent flooding in South Korea.
Faker has donated 30 million Korean Won (about $25,000 USD) to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association. The donation will be used to support the victims and restoration efforts to the various regions that were affected by the disastrous rainfall that hit the country in the past weeks.
“I hope that my contribution will help the victims of the flooding, so that they can return back to their daily lives,” Faker said.
Since 2019, the League of Legends mid laner donated to various organizations in order to provide aid and raise awareness of different causes.
Faker recently completed the last match for the regular season of the 2022 LCK Summer Split and will be preparing for the second round of the playoffs.
