Call of Duty League team Atlanta FaZe has deleted a tweet that some found sexist and offensive. 

On Tuesday, Atlanta FaZe tweeted an image that included photos of the team's players with a filter that transformed them into women. The caption read: "How many drinks to take them home?" 

While it was a joke meant to mock the members of Atlanta FaZe, people on Twitter responded, calling it sexist. While the photos were of guys, some felt the tweet was objectifying women and adding to the problematic concept of judging women based on their appearance. 

In response, Atlanta FaZe deleted the tweet. An apology was issued on Thursday afternoon.

The Call of Duty team stated that the entire organization wanted to apologize for the "misguided" tweet. 

"We understand there is no room for misogynistic or harassing behavior nad that women and the Call of Duty community deserve better. We deeply apologize to those we have offended and know that we have fallen short of your expectations and ours," the organization said. 

Despite some taking issue with the tweet, others felt that people were "too soft" and claimed the original tweet was "not that deep."
